Cycling in lush green malnad is always so much fun. This time places selected were around Sharavathi backwaters of Linganamakki Dam. Kodachadri is a famous trekking place, which is also my first trekking spot in 2006. Jeep ride to Moola Mookambika is so scary in that mud road with steep climb and slippery rocks. So wanted try cycling in that route to test our cycling skills! BASC team of 9 were ready for the adventure on Feb 23rd & 24th 2013. Also this was my first long ride with new KHS MTB after 2 years cycling with Hercules ACT110+. We left Bangalore on Friday night by 10:30PM by hired TATA Winger, which was really comfortable compared to TT.
Team: Ambareesh Karanth, Girish Motwani, Keerthi raj, Mallikarjun, Megha, Supraja, Vani Maradi, Venkatesh Kaulgud and Viswanath.
